I just started obsessing over my skin this year because I realized the importance of clean skin. So here are some effective ways to keep your skin radiant, youthful, and milky!

➊ Cleopatra bath
> I do this 2 times a week. You'll need a cup of milk (it can be expired), two spoonfuls of honey, and lemon. After filling my bathtub with water, I would spread the honey all over my body and add the milk and lemon to the tub. (But make sure you don't add too much lemon!) Then I would wait for 20-30 minutes. I like to grab a magazine or jam out to music while waiting. And voila! Milky skin! ✰
➋ Cucumber mask
> I try to do this whenever I have the time. Every night before sleeping, cut up small pieces of thin cucumber and put it all around your skin. Do something lying down for 20-40 minutes, and remove! Soft skin~ Oh, but I usually end up falling asleep and the cucumber slices end up on the bed... eheh. Make sure you have an alarm clock at hand if you do fall asleep.
➌ Diet
> Water WATER WATER! Drink lots of water! I don't care if it's 3 gallons, drink! Just kidding. I started to drink 2 liters a day. It really improves your skin condition! I also love to drink green tea. But don't drink too much! Also, include tons of veggies in your diet. Whenever I eat korean BBQ, my mom reminds me to wrap the meat in vegetables. Sigh. I also recommend you stay away from greasy/oily foods. If you eat too much of oily foods, your skin starts getting oily! ( ´◔ ౪ ◔`);; Oh man.
➍ Remove dirt from skin. Exfoliate~
> Use a face scrub! I can't recommend any products because I'm still looking for the perfect one, but I'll tell you guys when I do find one. ( ´◔ ౪ ◔`);;;
➎ Makeup removal
>This is really important. My mom always reminds me to remove makeup when I do have it on. Don't leave makeup on. I use Etude House's Happy Teatime Green Tea Makeup wipes! It's super effective! For eye makeup, I recommend Etude House's Lip and Eye removal. You'll get milky skin if you follow these~ ^✿w✿^
