Today's review is on B&C Makemania 24H Waterproof Gel Eyeliner~ It's my first time buying a Japanese eyeliner!

 

 ♡Appearance♡

>I'm gonna be completely honest and say that the packaging is what first caught my eye. I adore it!

 ♡Price♡

>Only 14 bucks! It's well worth it too. 

 ♡Effectiveness♡

> It works perfectly well! One think I didn't like about it was that fact that you can't retract the eyeliner once you extend. You just have to be extra cautious with this product. But it really is waterproof and long lasting! But in all honesty, it's pretty nice. It rolls on nice and smooth~

I plan to wear this during the school year, when I apply less eyeliner. I noticed the eyeliner is good when you want to go for the natural look.
